Administrator Wanted at Crafttech

About Us

Crafttech, part of Verdis in Sweden, operating in gardening and landscape maintenance, is now looking for a meticulous and driven administrator. You will be a central administrative resource for the department, where you will combine problem-solving, system work, and customer contact in a daily routine where no day is the same.

About the Position

As an administrator with us, you are the link between the customer, operations, and our digital systems. You will work with planning, scheduling, and follow-up of tasks, ensuring that administrative processes function efficiently in daily operations.

Other Responsibilities:

• Ongoing administration such as handling work orders, contracts, and documentation
• Contact with customers and suppliers
• Preparation of invoicing materials, basic financial administration, and reporting
• Provide overall administrative support in operational-related matters

The position is based at our depot in Vallentuna, and you will work closely with the production manager and team leaders.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar administrative role.
• Good computer and system skills as well as strong administrative abilities.
• Good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.
• Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Driver's license B
• Experience in property and garden maintenance, rail operations, or similar industries
